We have added a Starling satellite system to out uplink system. It's still early days for the system, with only about 5% of the constellation launched so far.
There are still issues using it for live streaming, but combining it with our bonded mobile LiveU encoder. With using the two they work well together.
The satellite will make it possible to offer our service at poor reception locations.
Our dish in operation on our vehicle at a remote location. We now have the correct mounting for the roof top. Placing it on the van also helps to keep it ways from people walking by. Although in churchyards the dish is small enough not to be too obtrusive.
We do not charge any extra for the use of our satellite system, its all part of our ethos to offer a good service at a fair price.
